Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Karachi

Assalam o Alaikum, I hope you all are doing well. I am a 28-year-old male from Karachi. My height is 5'8" and weight is 72.5 kg. About 1.5 months ago, I started feeling pain near my upper back, around the shoulder blade area. Initially, I thought it was a muscle strain due to my bed, so I changed my mattress and used some muscle relief products, but they didn’t work. At first, I used to feel pain only in certain sitting postures. The pain was very sharp, like someone pressing a pointed object on my back. When I took support or adjusted my posture, the pain would go away. Now the sharp pain has reduced, but the discomfort is still there. I can still feel it when standing, lying in bed, or working for long periods. I’m not sure what is causing it or which doctor I should consult. Can you please suggest what might be happening and which doctor I should visit in Karachi?
