Ive been having pain in my upper back bone on one specific spot not the whole bone. The area feels tender and painful to touch when pressed almost feels like as if Ive had some sort of injury there but i haven’t. Sometimes i also feel pain while standing up after lying or sitting, it’s been 2-3 weeks now, also applied a balm and took pain killer but it still persisted. There are no other symptoms, have developed this suddenly. What exactly is this?
