Assalam o Alaikum Doctor,
Mujhe pichle 2.5 hafte se lower back ke left aur right side me pressure type pain ho raha hai. Subha uthne ke baad dard kam hota hai, lekin dopahar/shaam ko badh jata hai, khas taur pe bend hone par.
2.5 week phla ma kisi ka janza pa gya tha mana takreeban 10 sa 15 mint kandha diya hoga os ka 2 din bad sa he ya sara mamlat horha ha mara sath
Kabhi kabhi belly me bhi discomfort hota hai.
Abhi dard ziada lower back aur side me feel ho raha hai. Kindly guide karein ye muscle strain hai ya kidney related issue, aur mujhe kaun se tests / treatment follow karna chahiye.

simple tests like, UrineR/E, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis with Xray KUB will rule out UTI .
Back pain can be relieved by, physical therapy, Analgesics and daily walk.
SALAM , Good Afternoon. I see you are experiencing Back Pain. Regarding your question if thats a Muscular pain or Kidney related issue, It is most likely Muscular strain. Classically it happens if one does a strenuous physical activity or bear weight in unfamiliar or unusual manner which one normally dont do. I would recommend mild analgesia , And continue your daily activities as much as your pain permits. Bed rest is not advised. Use a heating pad it will help. However An appointment with GP will be vital, he can rule out any red flags on examination, and offer any. Investigation if necessary and can provide you detailed information on recovery and Red flags if noticed you should seek urgent medical help. Jee medicine la rha tha kafi faraq par gya tha par ik din aser ke namz ka waqt ma kamar ka base per otha to pain vapis start hogai
Heat deta ho to dard kafi kam hojata ghar per jab raho to dard itna ni hota normal rehta jaisa he office jaio or ja ka chair pa bhto to dard shuru hojata left or right khichaio sa feel hota
