Asking for Self, Male, 44 years old, Location
Hi Doctor,
I was diagnosed with a slipped disc in 2008, which worsened in 2009, leading to surgery on my lower spine (L4–L5). After the operation, I experienced significant pain relief. Since then, I have maintained my weight and regularly engaged in walking and physical exercises to strengthen my back and core muscles.
However, a few months ago, I developed an infection that weakened my body. As a result, I was unable to continue my regular exercises and walking routine, which caused my muscles to weaken again. Recently, I have been experiencing severe lower back pain followed by sciatica in my left leg. Currently, along with sciatica, I’m also feeling numbness in the toes of my left foot.
Could you please advise on the best treatment or solution for my current condition?
Thank you
