I am mother of two child, mujhy thora sa kaam krny sy bhi kmr me or kandho m bht drd rehny lg gya na zyada der khra hua jata backache start ho jata shoulders m hr waqt pain rehta me kya kru 4 month baby ko feed bhi krvati hu...
Or me weight loss bhi krna chahti hu..

Meanwhile you can take Paracetamol 500 mg two tablet twice daily for pain . This medicine is safe when feeding baby.
