Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Backbone

aoa having severe backbone it's not in same place every time sometimes in upper half near neck sometimes at lowest portion just opposite to bellybutton it's not everytime, when it starts it last for 1 to 2hours and then stop and also there is pain backside of head just between ears and above neck almost every time and pain in legs when there is backpain , when I have backpain there is severe pain attack in upper portion of legs or sometime lower also sometimes in arm student cum trainee by profession doing office based internship for 8hrs a day can any one help me any tests to be done or help to identify what's the issue
