I am having severe pain in neck. Weakness in my right arm and hand. strange sensation in both right limbs with weakness. I am unable to hold or lift any object with my hand, I feel my hand and arm is getting tired and it pain in my neck. If I forcefully do any work with right hand and arm, my lower limb also get affected like problem in walking. I uad done my MRI in 2020, I am attaching it Please suggest me further and guide me why is this happening.

previously compression was not too much but there was straightening of the cervical spine but now it may have compressed that's why causing pain in arm as well as weakness. physical examination is required to make a definitive diagnosis

Start doing physiotherapy for 1 wk if it helps get relief from symptoms then all good if it doesn't relief symptoms go for MRI

If physiotherapy management is not working then consult a neurosurgeon and get the syrinx drained it may help relief your symptoms

I have been a lecturer in 2016, while writing anything on board my arm felt tired and weak. in 2019 this got worse and i have done test ncs/ems, during the test doctor ask me is there anything in you neck.
in 2020 i was unable to walk and unable to hold anything in my hand, objects and thing fell from my hand. and on that time i was taking Lyrica 75mg with nims with physiotherapy. then i went abroad and I ignored the pain and weakness.
this got worst now. severe pain in neck. weakness in hand and arm. pain in shoulder.
I get cry bcz of this. even if I make roti, It gets hard for me, I forcefully and hardly finish making the roti. after that this affects my leg too. unable to walk
i am unable to sleep even i feel drowsy and dizzy bcs of medication. my arm and hand gets numbness and heavy. If I am sleeping, I get up becz of heavy breathing or I feel i stop breathing.
severe headache
I am pretty crying becz of my condition,I am feeling like I am going to be disabled ?
