Asking For Self, Male 28, Gujranwala
I’m a 28-year-old male experiencing ongoing discomfort and pain in my entire back, including the lower back and tailbone area. This has been a persistent issue and tends to worsen with prolonged sitting or improper posture. Sometimes the pain is dull, while other times it becomes sharp or sore, especially in the tailbone region.
I have not had any major injury, but I do have a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Could this be posture-related, or might there be an underlying medical condition? Should I consult an orthopedic specialist, physiotherapist, or another type of doctor?
Looking forward to your guidance.
Thank you.
