too much pain in whole arm and shoulder wrost doesn't moves smoothly
If you are already diagnosed as a case of ganglion of wrist then your mainstay of treatment is basically pain killers and use of wrist brace with passive exercises of wrist. If your diagnosis is still unclear then you should have a MRI of wrist done for a detailed view and show report to some orthopedic surgeon for further management.
Better if initially this problem is managed with medicines and even needle aspiration is sometimes all that is required instead of surgery. If you can share picture of problem I will be able to guide you better
