Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
1+1 after food
Omeprazole 20mg
1 at night if you feel heartburn or pain in Stomach
Use thin pillow when sleep
Don't Bend your neck
If severe pain in neck you can use soft cervical collar,but don't use it for long time
