Im suffering heel pain since march 2025 . Was low on vitamin D doctor prescribed vitamin d supplements.. but after taking that im still suffering Heel pain symptoms Zyada dair tak karhi rahon or zyada chal phiron heel pain start hojata in arch outer area, both legs dull sa uncomfortable sa pain hota hy saath toes mei bhi dard ajata hy upper full legs sy till full butts pura dull numb sa pain tired sy feeling hoti hy heat sy feeling bhi hoti hy feets mei makes really uncomfortable at night too … right feet back heel to left side ko press krun thumbs sy toh sharp sa dard hota hy

Hi i checked with 2 orthopaedic doctors they said its heel stiffness one medical specialist said it can be plantar fasciitis im confused now what really it is? Its mostly in early morning when i step out of bed my heel is hurting after few steps it gets better. After long standing or walking the pain gets all over toes .. sometimes go up to legs till butts .
