Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on I Have Knee Pain

Almost 15 days ago My left knee twisted while stepping on stairs I fell down and I felt that my knee ( uper movable round ) portion is dislocated and this was so painful then I fix it myself with the hands and That day and now I cant walk or step properly or normally my x-ray report is normal but I am really worried why my knee will twist like this and now my right knee also feels pain and I hear the sound of my knee bones may be or joints I guess that's all of my situation right now i feel stiffness or lockless in my left affected knee
