only RA factor positive is not necessarily Rheumatoid Arthritis.Needs proper history and investigation to start treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis. like, NSAIDS, DMRDs and Biologic agents . Treatment is costly and have many adverse effects. proper patient follow up plays akee role.
