I had dislocated my knee 4 months ago and I had treatment without any surgery but it's been 4 months I'm not completely normal I can't walk properly because there is hardness in my knee and also can't bend properly
You need to get yourself examined by an orthopedic surgeon and most probably get an MRI of the affecyed knee

May not be knee dislocation, probably Knee cap or patellar dislocation. Need more details about your injury and management. It will be appropriate if you could go to any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment, appropriate investigations and than management.
