Knee Joint Pain

Question

mera August ke end par bike left leg pe gira tha. 
phir 1 week ke baad halka pain start huwa, then mein ne 2 football sessions play kiye tou kaafi ziada pain ho gia.
X-ray karwaye tou results OK thay.
knee Cap pe pressure aaye tou kaafi hota.

for 1 week took:
Tab Acenac 100 Mg
Tab Terlax 2 Mg
Deep Heat Cream


Also, taking  for 2 days:
Cap Seloxx 100 Mg
Tab Tonoflex P
