you can try doing some knee stretches such as SLR quadricep stretch iliotibial stretch if you search these stretches on YouTube you will get the guidelines to perform them you can also do knee mobilization and use cold packs on the area which is painful if you need more help you can contact a physical therapist online on marham or visit someone physically in your locality
