Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Knee Joint Pain
Asking For Self, Female 25, Bagh Azad Kashmir
I have been facing severe pain in my knee joint for almost 2 months... today I went to Orthopedic surgeon and he did X-ray and told that there is something (I forgot the name)between my knee joints which is getting weakened, and that's the reason of pain. Can anyone guide me .. I'll also share my reports

the thing in between the knee joint is called as meniscus.
clinical examination is key to diagnose .
avoid squatting to dec the pain.

At your age usually there should be now such weakness. it in both knee joints. if unilateral there can be meniscus damage due to some reason, like, trauma.

I have pain in both knees right now but sometimes it gets severe in one side or the other .
Also I'm in stress for one year.

please do some basic invitations Ike CBC with ESR, xrays both knees standing view, CRP ,serum vitamin D levels and, serum Uric Acid do consult an orthopedic surgeon at the earliest as you too younger to have weakness of cartilage.
