Maine kafi arse bad 1 year ya 2 year k bad kafi taiz jogging ki or rope jumping ki kafi zyada jis se meri knee main pain hona shuru ho gai h or x-ray bhi karwaya h wo thek aya h. lekin jab chalta hn to pain hoti h knee ki left side pe right wali leg main mere sath pegle bhi ye problem hua tha lekin left leg ki knee main hua tha tab mene ek injection lagwaya tha jo blood vein main laga tha or 3'4 din lagwaya tha or mere muscles thek ho gye the ab mujhe uska name nai malom kindly mujhe help chahiye k is pain se kese chutkara hasil karun.
