Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Knee Pain During Night
Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, Peshawar
I'm male 26 years old. Working in office from 9-5. I feel pain in the upper part of my right knee. Mostly during the night time. I wake up because of the pain in the middle of the night and when i walk for 2-3 mins the pain disappear. For the past 2 days i have been experiencing this pain during the day also, during my office hours sitting in the chair. But when I walk it gets normal. I do drink milk daily for vitiman D. What could be the possible treatment to this?
