there is slight disc bulge at l4 l5 level and l5 s 1 level. but that shouldnt be much of a problem. you can try pain killers and activity modification. how much is your bmi. try reducing weight if you are over weight.

in my reading there isn't any mention of the disc bulge but I think you're right there could be slight disc bulge I'm trying to be more active and lose weight
