For the time being you can take following medicine if you don't have any kidney issues
Ibuprofen 400 mg 1+1 after food
Omeprazole 20mg 1 tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in the stomach
Use lumbar support pillow while sitting, no weight lifting, no forward bending, no twisting of your back

thank you for your response sir. i am already using coccyx cusion do i need to buy for back aslo? and yes i have gas and pain in stomach every night i don't if it is linked with this.

For coccyx pain , patient sit on to cushion, but for back pain , patient keep the cushion between back of chair and patient back.
Gas and pain in Stomach,may be due to some pain killer you are taking than Omeprazole 20mg is good. But please don't combine two pain killers of same mechanism of action together. Not good to take Nonsteroidal at the same time
