After doing lower body workouts & stretch like high knee,butt Bridge, crunches squats. Suddenly one day I felt pain in my both knee and start popping, stuck & lose feel on my right knee i can't even properly fold my knees it cause pain, burning & get stuck. Also have numbness, tingling under my feet continues & get worse when i walk. Also have click in my pelvis bone like upper bone of my both legs when i move my leg up and down & in last recently now click start even in my lower back. When i walk it cause pain in knees then sometimes when I stand up its cause sharp pain in my outer ankle foot bone (lower fibula) i can't even put pressed on this. It all started i guess from my knees and spread. I'm suffering from end of sep & also done MRI of right knee few days ago which show "Partial tear of ACL, Grade 3 tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus, Grade 2b tear of both horns of lateral meniscus, minimal joint effusion." I'm ongoing uni student, its

Need to be seen by Orthopedic Surgeon with a particular interest in knee arthroscopy.
Need to MRI pictures of knee.
MRI report says grade 3 tear of medial meniscus posterior horn , you need arthroscopy of your knee and Meniscal Repair.

Is there any other option except surgery I'm a uni student and i can't afford absence and please tell me should i go for physiotherapists my condition get better with this or not currently my knee's are bandaged

Arthroscopy in your case is neither life saving nor limb saving procedure. If you are getting better than continue with physiotherapy, analgesia. Avoid twisting your knee, avoid sitting on floor especially ckokari mar key mut behtain . Normal bending and straightening should be fine. Meniscus may heal with all these means.

and then if discomfort persists Need Diagnostic /Treatment Arthroscopic if needed
