Asking for Self, Female, 21 years old, Lahore
AOA, I am suffering from a right knee injury with popping and a feeling of the knee getting stuck since 20 September. This injury happened due to lower body exercises at home. Some doctors have suggested arthroscopy,& I have attached my MRI report. I've explained all my symptoms below; plz read them & guide me about what might be going on. ●I have pain in my left knee as well, but without any locking or stuck feeling. ●I have severe pain from my left hip down to my ankle almost daily, mainly on the side or back of the leg rather than the front. ●I've continuous tingling in both feet, which becomes severe after walking and has been ongoing for two months. ●I hear clicking sounds in my lower back (kamar) & pelvic bone. All these symptoms started after the knee injury, and I had no back problems in the past. Kindly guide me on the best treatment & next step.
