The patient had shoulder pain back pain and nerve pain in neck So we visited cmh rawalpindi and consulted with orthopaedic Dr now the prb is after medication patient is feeling nausea and pain near and around stomoch . I presumed that orthopedic Surgeon prescribed Non steroidal Anti inflammatory medicine for pain . Heartburn and stomach pain is the side effect of these medicine and these side effects vary from patient to patient. Consult the same orthopedic Surgeon and inform him or her about the side effects.
Doctor will prescribe different pain killers or add medicine for stomach issues like Omeprazole tablet.
