i have tried vit d and lack of calcium but its not that i will definitely try the pain killer and the losing weight. but losing weight is very hard for me as iam a person with a big appetite

Ok good that you tried calcium and vit d supplements but you continue them,as they are good for your bone health,yes you should lose weight,try to eat in portions,avoid carbs,exercise regularly,it will help you a lot
