Meanwhile you can start following medicine
Diclofenac sodium 50 mg
1+1 after food
Omeprazole 20mg
1 tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in Stomach

Meanwhile you can use Analgesics like panadol or Diclofenac sodium depending on severity of pain.
please use Analgesics after meals with PPIs if needed.
