Pain In Right Shoulder Blade

Pain in right shoulder blade it started before one year before it was not that much hard then after my ACL surgery in last July after that the pain finished but it again started in October i consulted a physiotherapy doctor he said it is just muscle spasms now it pain very hard and some time burning feel and breathe deffeculty

Diclofenac sodium 50mg
One tablet twice daily after food.
Omeprazole 20mg
one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in Stomach
