Thank you. Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis. Either it's Frozen Shoulder or impingement syndrome? Meanwhile he can start following medicine. Ibuprofen 400 mg one tablet twice daily after food. Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if he feels heartburn or pain in stomach as pain killer may cause some stomach issues. Better involve physiotherapy and learn exercises which he can do at home. Keep on moving the shoulder.. Hope for the best Inshallah. Regards
