much better now. taking physiotherapist session also. but on outer thigh some irritation while walking. can bend leg while walking and climbing stairs.

can we use low tens machine on leg outer thigh?

mam no redness and swelling. and ultrasound report is normal. only extreme pain while walking on right leg. cant bend leg while walking. cant sit and stand. outer uppar thigh stretch with extreme pain

u means dappler ultrasound is normal...then nothing to worry,take calcium tablets daily,get nuerobion injection daily for 3 days then switch to oral b complex tablets daily,sleep on hard surface bed,use abdominal binder,pain killer like panadol 1gm three times aday and do hot packs for pain site
