Potential Neck Injury

Question

I hit my head kind of hard with the roof of my car as I was in back seat while my stepbrother driving.. He drove fast on bump. It was alto car.  It only hurt for a little bit, did I have a neck injury now? A serious one? Should I be worrie?

I don\'t have pain. My neck slightly sore. Its been 10 hours.

Need to make sure no head injury or cervical spine injury. Head injury if there is headache, sickness and vomiting. In Neck injury patient complain of pain in the neck , pain on moving neck .
