Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Spinal Issue L4/L5
Asking for Self, Female, 53 years old, Karachi
My mother have spinal issue L4/L5 from last 3 years & now she is facing severe pain in her left leg. Two doctors were suggested surgery but she didn't want to do it. We are looking for a non-surgery treatment.

Is there an absolute indication for surgery ? which I doubt
If surgeon suggesting surgery to relive pain , than conservative or non surgery means ,like analgesics, back care , phototherapy may help her

Please share MR films, and if its pain along with numbness and other neurological symptoms , surgery might be unavoidable,
