My 21 months old baby have chest infection with high fever vomiting with continuous coughing 7 days ago doctor prescribed ceftriaxone 500mg injection ? per day 5 days and 4th dy added azitromycin 2.5 ml for 5 days broxol 2.5 ml 2 time and inventive 3ml 2 time fever go away coughing continuous please advise what
