I have been advised by multiple people in my circle that Vit D and Iron supplements are super necessary for toddlers and children. I want to know whether it is necessary or not? I've not visited doctors specifically for this issue but I have taken my daughter to different doctors over the past 6 months for seasonal flu/fever/cough etc. No doc has prescribed any supplement so far.
Please get Vit D level and CBC done for that.
I can help and guide you

Thank you. There's a lot of hype around consuming supplements, but I'm worried about the necessity of it. What's the best course of action to judge the need for Vitamin D? My toddler eats egg, wheat roti, rice, chicken, seasonal fruits, oats, sooji, yogurt etc.

Dear Sir, please guide me on this. Is it really necessary to get the tests done, since the toddler is on an all-around diet? Rice, wheat roti, chicken, seasonal fruits, oats, cucumber, carrot?
