Breastfeeding se bhardh kar koi behtar mutbadil nhn.. Ap pehli koshish krein k maa ka doodh hi bachey ko miley.. Iske liye ap baar baar koshish karein, relax ho kr feed krwayein aur kisi kism ki negative baat na sochein.. Kyunke stress milk production ko affect krti hai... Iske ilawa ap apni ghizaiyat behtar krein... Multivitamin tablet lein rozana one month keliye.
Hopefully kuch dino ki koshish se hojayega, agar na hosakey to mashwara lein mazeed...
