I have back stiffness in morning that stays on for about 4 to 5 hours. I have back pain in lower back when laying down. no other history I have done xray that I will attach when post is approved so please can any Dr check them

AoA kindly share your full day routine your sitting/standing hours etc. and for detailed discussion on that you can book online appointments as well if you have any hassle in going to the physiotherapist personally.
we cannot advise exercises just after hearing your symptoms i hope you get my point.
