My sis age 20 can't walk properly since last 5 years. Tried many doctors and everything nothing worked out. I have a video to show what the problem is but dont know who is the right doctor to consult. Kindly guide

Koi accident ni hua. She was absolutely fine and then out of nowhere she developed this desease and it came to a point she can't lift her feet up to walk properly.
