The reports indicate cervical spondylosis and straightening of the cervical curvature due to muscular spasm. foe that an ortho memory pillow is designed to provide better support and alignment for the neck, which can help alleviate these issues.
Further, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations based on individual needs.

Walikum salam
‎According to your reports, including diagnosis of cervical spondylosis and muscle spasm. It is important to choose a pillow that supports the natural cervical curve. Reduce strain on neck muscles. Promote proper alignment during sleep.
‎So i suggest Molty Ortho Memory Pillow it's provides better neck and spine alignment and supports the natural curve that is currently flattened due to muscle spasm. Memory foam adujst to your neck shape and relieving pressure.

W.Salam!
Considering ur MRI findings; cervical spondylosis, muscle spasm, and loss of the natural neck curve. then Molty Ortho Memory Pillow would be a better choice. It gently supports the neck and adapts to your shape, which can help ease the strain and promote better alignment.
The contour pillow has a fixed shape and might not be as comfortable or suitable in your case.
If you need personalized treatment plan or guided exercises, you can consult with me

Hi I reviewed your scans, I always recommend to my patient that dont use too low or too high (double) pillow. So use moderate pillow and second is you need to try first for few nights and notice the morning symptoms in you neck. Most importantly do right exercises for the strength of you scapular stabilisers and neck muscles according to their condition.if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
