The patient may be suffering from frozen shoulder due to immobility of the shoulder joint. After diagnosis it will be treated with the protocol made for frozen shoulder according to the stage. We'll start with heating modalities. Mobilization with grade 1 and 2 initially for pain relief. Range of motion exercises. Tens will be applied in the end. Infrared radiation may be used if it's chronic.

First, get yourself checked up by an physiotherapist near you. So that your problem can be diagnosed properly. Often times after a fracture we do not move our limb during rest so that the fracture can heal properly. And in a particular angle or position we rest our limbs. So, in the same way, you may also have stiffness in the muscles around the shoulder. For which you should stretch the muscles of the shoulders. such as the deltoid, teres, and pectoral muscles.
Consult your nearest Physiotherapist
