I have been facing pain problems for months at the top hip border on both sides but most of the time on the right side. I have been consulting different physiotherapists for 5 months now but no one has been able to treat it. I have neither calcium nor vitamin D deficiency nor I have inflammation as tests were pretty normal. Also my MRI of Pelvis is normal. There is a small issue with lumber straightening for which I am doing exercises but they are not fixing this issue.
please visit in clinic
your spine looks scolotic as well consult orthopedic

sir can you explain to me the role of orthopedic here because when issue started back with coccyx pain and gait imbalance in hip, I consulted orthopedic and it was not helpful

you may have trigger points in your gluteal muscles also in paraspinal muscles leading towards pain and stiffness and eventually lumbar straightening
musculature weakness can lead to such issue.
some manual therapy can sort out this issue
Pain can be due to any reason, tightness, spasm, or trigger points over your gluts or lumber region, your spinal muscles are already in tightness which is why the spine is straightened and a bit scoliotic.
if you're not having relief of pain even after physio, you should consult orthopedic for once specially for pain
you may have muscle spasm which causes lumber straghtening . you should use lumber cushion along with exercise

The pain could be due to muscle imbalance (gluteus medius, TFL, or quadratus lumborum), sacroiliac joint dysfunction, lumbar referral, or mild hip impingement (FAI).Since MRI is normal, focus on glute and core strengthening, SI joint stability exercises, and hip flexor stretching. If pain persists, reassess for FAI or labral issues.
book an appointment. I will guide you on how to fix it at home. If I feel you need to visit a therapist, then I refer you to a specific therapist .
could be some postural issue

You might be facing Muscular spasm due to straightening of lumber curvature. It is due to your poor posture or prolonged sitting. Consult with a good physiotherapist and get your spine adjusted through chiropractic adjustments. It will ease your pain.

lumber straightening happened like 20 days ago and pain in the hip border is from 5 months. I have been trying to develop a curve in lumber via exercise and also doing weight training to strengthen the core muscles. can you assure me that with the help of chiropractor my body can be adjusted?

I think no one in 5 months guides you about life style and position changing. they only try to treat it by them selves It need combition treatment of medicines, exercise, electrotherapy, soft massage, and your life style posture correction and your will too

When the lumbar spine loses its natural curvature or straightens, it can affect the alignment and biomechanics of the pelvis.

hi my name is Dr urooj Malik and I am a physiotherapist can you answer couple of my questions ??
It may be ankylosis spondylitis if pain isn't radiating upto legs.
Further assessment is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Actually the pain you are feeling at the of hip border on both sides are due to lumbar straightening and because spasm of back muscles which can led to sciatica also in later stage if left untreated.
