Pain on one side of the body — especially in the neck, arm, and knee — often indicates a postural or nerve-related issue, not just simple muscle pain. It can result from cervical or spinal imbalance, nerve compression, or muscle weakness.
Instead of relying on painkillers, it’s important to find and treat the root cause.
As a Consultant Orthopedic Physiotherapist, I specialize in neck, shoulder, and lower limb pain caused by postural or nerve issues. With proper assessment, manual therapy, and guided exercises, most patients improve within a few sessions — without needing long-term medication.
