During winter I am experiencing strange pains around and between my shoulder blades. Lying down does not help. In summer nothing like this ever happens. Similarly, if I climb stairs 3-4 times a day I feel strange kind of stiffness in my feet around the ankles. This happens in summer as well and if I stand up for more than an hour in a go. It’s all because of weakness but must visit physiotherapist if you are in Lahore then visit on Dr Asghar clinic dharampura
do some core stability exercises and make an appointment to a physiotherapist
It is due to weakness of body and muscles. You must take healthy diet and multivitamins of any good brand which you can easily purchase from your nearest pharmacy.
