You need to wear posture correction belt. (figure 8 brace), also you need to do some stretching exercises of upper extremities and neck. For proper treatment consult your nearest Physiotherapist or book online appointment with a Physiotherapist. This will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your muscles.
To maintain healthy posture is not that much difficult you have alot of videos on YouTube they really works but takes time. Start doing them today and but a posture corrector belt for your concern. That’s it do not panic
kindly consult a nearby physiotherapist for proper assessment ,diagnosis and management of your postural issue
yes it's treatable and recovery time depends on treatment start after the assessment .
posture correction belts will also help for your tight pects muscles and round shoulders but for weak postural muscles you have to strengthen them .
so consult an expert physiotherapist nearby.
Regards
First of all consult your nearest physiotherapist who will guide you about positions of sitting, standing and your working . Secondly you asked about how much time is required for cure , it depends on your will power and ability to maintain the good posture prescribed by your therapist. Good Luck?
there are simple exercises for posture correction. You can shrug your shoulder and then move them back and hold for 10 to 15 seconds. and then relax slowly.
do this exercise in atleast 15 sets and 3 times a day.
be aware of your posture all the time and try to use your mobile phone or computer etc while keping them infront of your eyes.
specific time for posture correction can not be told...it depends upon your dedication too :)
you can book a video consultation with me if you need more clarification or more exercises for this.
Thank you

it depends on number of factors that I can not see just by a picture like your lifestyle, your normal daily routine, what kind of work do you do whole day, how stiff your muscles are in this positionand for how long!? and are you making efforts to do proper exercises or not? So I can not tell any exact time for complete recovery. You can start the exercise and see the difference in sometime, but consistency is the key!!
