My son is 8yrs old... very weak in studies and other social relations... hyper n impulsive... very less attention span... some Dr. suggests vepridone 1ml and orega syrup... bt still lack of concentration... my question is at what age attentra tablet should be to my son? bcz attentra has many side affects... plz guide me when to use attentra or some other tablets for treatment of ADHD ( attention deficit hyperactive disorder)

Your son needs a thorough psychological assessment and management. For conditions like ADHD it doesn't always require medication until or unless severity of the condition is known. Please consult a Psychologist nearby. Medication is not the solution he needs inclusive schools environment and weekly psychological sessions

Atomoxetine can be considered if your son’s ADHD symptoms persist despite current treatment. Especially if stimulants are not suitable or tolerated. Atomoxetine is a non stimulant and takes 2-6 wks to work. Ensure behavioral therapy is part of treatment plan
