once again i am suffering from panic attacks , its been month i have left sert50 , but again heavy breathing , chest pain , head squeez , legs pain , should go for CBT again ? as i already havr complete my 8 sessions befor 2 months ,
Restart sert at same dosage, and if you can afford go back to maintainance CBT like a session a month, download apps for breathing excercises and start doing then when you are feeling better,at least twice a day for ten months each
Try Progressive muscle relaxation exercise and deep breathing. Meanwhile if you don't have asthma then consult your previous Doctor whether to take tablet Inderal 10mg.

just calm n relax ur self..dont stop any medication sudden as it cause side effects but gradually and also take session..i am taking sessions regarding these issues..u can visit my profile and check reviews on it
