I keep getting these phases in life frequently where I feel totally uninterested in doing everyday things. there's only few activities that make me feel good and that is my work and gym. other than that I just wanna switch off and stay insides or sleep in my brain fog. I feel sad, sometimes feel like crying or get anxious. theres no interest or motivation in trying anything else. I wanna feel better.
