anaxiety and stress happened before 1 year after some months panic attacks start its real anaxiety of heart phobia i do tests . cbc .lft . tsh . hcv .ecg and also main test echo he is also normal but anaxiety not calming taking inderal for calming heart rate sleep is disturbed very badly

Your reports being normal is a good sign.it means the symptoms are from anxiety, not heart disease. The fast heartbeat and panic feelings are common in health related anxiety.Continue Inderal only as prescribed for physical symptoms.Ask your psychiatrist about adding an SSRI (like sertraline or escitalopram)for long term anxiety control.Therapy (especially CBT)helps re train your mind to stop over focusing on heart sensations.Avoid checking pulse repeatedly. it fuels anxiety.Fix sleep hygiene: no screens before bed, regular bedtime, light physical activity in the day.This condition is completely treatable with medicine + therapy + routine control.
