i am having serious anger issues and i am scared i might hurt my kids my husband doesn't take me seriously He always ignores me whenever i ask him to go to a psychiatrist or psychologist. i don't have enough money to get online sessions nor can i go to someone because of my four children(a 5y, 3y ,1.5y and 4m old) my older ones are getting same issues because of me and i am very concerned i am also having sleep issues either i don't sleep some nights because of my 4m old or if i sleep i sleep like dead my baby cries or someone calls i don't know anything unless my husband wakes me up. he had to stay out for one night because i was asleep and i didn't hear the bell ringing or his calls. what things should i do because i can't change my routine because of my 4m she gets up a lot at night and i can't sleep in morning because i have to take care of three others as well. i yell at my kids a lot i beat them a lot. they are too young to get this treatment. i don't know what to do i am helples
