I use these medications from 2 years and it has caused increas in my weight. I am worried as I have to continue medication, but I want to avoid obesity or overweight. please guide me how to reduce weight?

There are better medications both for treatments and relapse prevention of Bipolar Affective disorder. Both medications are for long time. Comparatively less patients are complaining of such side effects, neeed re-assessment by the same physician psychiatrist for outcome as compare to your active stage of illnesses. You are also recommended for life style changes; 1- daily schedule diet, continuing less intake of sugar and oily items in food 2- encourages plenty of water. 3- a schedule daily physical exercise 4- assume social and personal responsibilities 5- consult your psychiatrist to review treatment accordingly your need and requirement for illness

which medicine u are taking u can take weight loss supplements along this if I can not quite medicine
there are some augmentation regimes which could be followed for better outcome/reduce cravings or we can try treatment strategies to tackle this issue but this has to be done for case by case basis, you can book a consultation for detailed assessment and proper treatment plan.
