If u r a medical student then u need to b more understanding about the need of an assessment and possible treatment may include medication with psychological therapy. The medication will need monitoring, and needs atleast 4-6 weeks before u start feeling better. The side effects can be managed wity less dose or change of meds. Depending on severity of symptoms more advice around how many sessions of psychological help is needed. There is no other magical solution except these 2 things, ur motivation and completion of treatment regularly. I can provide both online , if u like . Good luck
