since i have been low in vit d ...i am facing depression and anxiety to much feeling of fear all the time..i cant stop my mind of thinking all the time ...and negative thoughts sometimes it wakes me up from dream and i am sweating at that time...muscle tension' in shoulders and neck is also a problem because of too much thinking ...how can i control myself plz guide me???
